http://Backup.anySiteHosting.com
with the user id and password supplied to you at sign up (note: User IDs are case sensitive as well as passwords)
Click the
[File Explorer] button
Click [Yes] to open in a new window
Click the Backup Set you wish to restore from
Then from the “Show files As Of” drop down list at the top, select the date you wish to restore from
Then click through the folder structure to locate the files you wish to restore
