Ever since I upgraded to IE9, my applications will no longer launch from Citrix Xen App in my browser.

This is due to the increased Security Settings in Internet Explorer v9

You likely lost the Citrix Xen App site being listed in your Trusted Sites dialog during the IE9 upgrade. Re-Add it there.

Also, disable ActiveX filtering in Tools, Options, Security Tab, Trusted Sites, Custom Level button, by selecting Enable or Prompt for each of the ActiveX controls and plug-ins

If you are restricted from changing these settings via corporate policy or some other reason on your computer, another workaround is to simply right-click the icon of the application you wish to launch, and select ‘Save target as…’
Save the file to your desktop or someother benign location.
Then when the yellow bar at the bottom of the IE9 window states “The xxx download has completed.”, click the Open button there.
After a few seconds, the application should load as expected.
