How do I convert a file in Microsoft Publisher to a Microsoft Word Document?

ANSWER

Apparently the best way to do this is to save the TEXT of the Publisher file to a Word document first, and then copy over any images, etc…
There does not appear to be a direct method, at least in the current v2010 of the Office Suite.
You can highlight all of the text and paste it into a new Word document, and then go back to the Publisher file and copy/paste any graphics you want brought over.
You can also do a Save As from the Publisher file to a RTF (RichText/Word) file format, then go back and paste in any missing picture.
