How do I download a complete copy of my website, or all the files in my website?

You can attempt this via FTP connection, but many times due to timeouts this may not be very successful.

Another option is to use CPanel’s website backup feature and then download a single zip file containing all of the files at once.

In CPanel, in the Files section, click the Backup icon

Under Partial Backups, Download a Home Directory Backup, click the Home Directory button, and a download of all the files in your Home directory will start immediately.

Once the download has completed, simply unzip onto your local computer.
