How do I use the Elevate Mobile App?

Download the app from the app store: 

iOS: iPhone, iPad, iPod

Android: Galaxy, etc

How do I log off? 

-Touch the My Account gear icon.
-Scroll to the bottom of the My Account screen and touch Log Out.
