Many times you will want to boot Microsoft Windows in a ‘clean mode’ where no additional drivers are loaded, etc…

Of course, there is also Safe Mode for this, but Safe Mode is a bit more severe, and sometimes, you just need a cleaner/simpler boot, and not necessarily full on safe mode.

We often times use this method when Windows Update is screwing up, to get a simpler boot process.
