Select the folders on the left and review the contents.
Some popular areas that collect emails and waste disk space over time are the Deleted Items, Junk E-mail, or Sent Items folders.
These folders collect items as you send emails, delete emails, or receive junk e-mail and are often never cleaned out, resulting in large amounts of wasted disk space on the email server.
To delete emails using the webmail system, select the folder you wish to clean out
Click the checkbox at the top of the list of emails in the center section of the webmail window to select ALL emails in the list
**WARNING: THE NEXT STEP WILL DELETE ALL EMAILS FROM THIS FOLDER**
Click the Delete button on the button bar above the list of emails.
