Logon to webmail

Click the Settings button at the top of the screen
Double-click the Filtering folder under My Settings on the left
Click Folder Auto-Clean under Filtering
Under the Options tab on the right, select Override auto-clean settings for this account
Click the Folders tab next to Options
Click the Add Rule button
Select the Folder you wish to Auto-Clean from the folder dropdown list
Select the type of rule from the Type dropdown list
–Size: will allow you to setup a rule to delete messages after the folder has reached a certain size limit
–Date: will allow you to setup a rule to delete messages after they reach a certain age
Set the remainder of the settings based upon your Type choice
Click the Enable auto-clean on this folder checkbox
Click the Save button near the top
Continue adding rules as you see fit – we recommend setting up rules for your Deleted Items, Junk E-mail, and Sent Items folders.
