Logon to the Client Portal

Click Edit Account Details under your name at the top right
Click Contacts/Sub-Accounts
Select the Contact you wish to work with from the Choose Contact drop down list
Check or un-check the Sub-Account Permissions or Email Preferences checkboxes as necessary
Click Save Changes
