To record a greeting from a desk phone on your account:
- Dial your AutoAttendant extension
(most of the time this is extension 100 or 900 – please review the User/Pass/PIN documentation we provided during setup) - Press * 5 (star, 5) during menu greeting
- Enter your Access PIN followed by ‘#‘.
- Listen for the name of the Auto Attendant for which you wish to record a greeting, press that option and follow the prompts to record a greeting.

Other options for recording include using the Voice Memos app on an iOS device, or downloading Easy Voice Recorder or Voice Recorder on an Android device.
Record your message, export the message to MP3 and email to Support@anySiteSolutions.com requesting we upload to your system for you.
