Logon to the Control Panel:

Windows 2003 Hosting Accounts:

Click the Packages icon
Click the package/domain you are interested in reviewing
Click the Resource Usage icon (it will take a moment to load)
At the top of the list, you will see a line item for Disk Space

Another location you can view this information is under each domain.
After logging on to the control panel, click Domains
Click the domain you are interested in reviewing
Click the Statistics icon

To view more advanced disk space usage information
After logging on to the control panel, click Domains
Click the domain you are interested in reviewing
Click the File Manager icon
Click the Show Folder Sized checkbox at the top and click Save
Then click through your folder structure using the folder area below to review each folder size.

Windows 2008 Hosting Accounts:

Click the Reporting button in the blue bar along the top
Select Disk Space Report
This will show you how much disk space your account is currently using 

To view the disk space used by a particular file in your file system
Click the Account Home button in the blue bar along the top 
Click the File Manager icon in the Hosting Spaces section in the middle
In the file listing section, note the Size column next to each file name. 
Click each folder name to navigate through your site’s file structure to view other files and size information.

To view more detailed stats, look at the Files section on the right
