How do I search the content of my support tickets?
Logon to the Client Portal at https://portal.anySiteSolutions.com
(How to: http://www.anySiteSolutions.com/how-do-i-logon-to-the-client-portal/)
Click the Tickets link near the top of the page, or click the Support option, and then select Tickets.
You will now be presented a view of all of your support tickets.
You may search the tickets by entering text in the ‘Enter search term…” text field at the upper right.
