How do you whitelist a particular email address?

Logon to webmail (click here for an article on how to)
Click the settings gear at the lower left
Under My Settings, select Trusted Senders
In the Trusted Senders section, click the New button
In the Trusted Sender window, enter the email address(es), one per line that you would like to bypass the spam filter
Click Save
